We drove over to Riverview, (on a spur of the moment), to look at an FJ Cruiser. While I was parking, a man waved at us, and he ended up being our salesman. Orlando ("Big O") Church. He found us the FJ we were looking for, and away we went.
Overall, the deal went fine. I had a vehicle to trade in, and a "set dollar amount/number" that we wanted to pay, and everyone got as close as they could. Kudos to Alex, the Used Car Manager. We ended up buying the Platinum warranty from Mike Powell.
They detailed the vehicle before we left, even removing an obnoxious tint on the windshield.
