*Updated* Since the Manager chose to depute that George did not test all of the outlets, and I have no way of showing a printout of my phone conversation with George, I have chosen to upload a screenshot of my home inspection where is states that he only checked a representative number of outlets.
****Update after 1 month****
Once we moved into the house we found two outlets that were not working. When I called the main number, they told me that they could not answer my questions, but told me to speak to George, our inspector, directly. I called George and he picked up right away. He told me that he only tests some of the outlets, even though it was a vacant house and all outlets were exposed. He said that he wasn't sure if it was covered and that I should go look on the website and see if I could find any information. Downgraded 2 stars.

Pros:
George arrived on time.
He was willing to talk me through EVERYTHING on the inspection report because there were more than a few things I didn't understand.
Gave pretty good information about what was a "big deal" and what was not.
I like that they will send me updates of recalls on my appliances.
Cons:
This inspection was not as thorough as other inspections I have gotten. They could not test the A/C and they did not test the drip irrigation system.
