I'd been contemplating checking this place out for some time now. My friend had been working out at another location and was reporting some killer workouts. But still, I did my research and finally decided to go in for my free workout. The owner, Quinton, communicated with me via email for some time before I went in. Upon arriving I was a little nervous but Quinton made me feel at ease. He demonstrated the exercises for me and, despite there being several other people working out, he managed to give me the individual attention and encouragement I needed. Now, for the workout itself - it most definitely is killer! It's high intensity interval training which I've had the most success with burning fat and leaning me out. I absolutely LOVE the fact that I can show up when it's convenient for me and just start the routine. Even though you're doing individual exercises it's still a group atmosphere and everyone else is working just as hard as you are. I LOVE that I'm in and out within 30 minutes and I really feel like I've put in work. I LOVE that the routine changes each time you come in - I don't think I'll ever become bored. Today was my second visit and I met Chris, one of the other trainers. He was so supportive. He showed me modifications when I told him about my bad knee. He recognized that due to my weight I'd need additional modifications. I felt like he was really pulling for me and he smiled the entire time. All in all, I'm happy I joined and I'm looking forward to seeing my weight decrease, my strength and endurance increase and my body change.
