Bought tickets online in December to go see Texas Chainsaw, something came up and I was unable to take the showing. I called earlier that day to make sure I was able to get a refund, I spoke with the owner who told me yeah no problem just shot me an email with your info and ill get that taken care of for you. It's now almost march I never got my refund on my two tickets and I've called multiple times and spoke with them about still not getting one. I kept getting told they would look into it and i would get a call back, never did. This place seemed awesome and I was looking forward to going but after this being my first experience them, I wont ever try them again.
