My favorite ice cream shop in the country (over even Bi-Rite in SF and McConnell's in SB). The flavors range from classic to experimental (but nothing wild like what you might find at Salt & Straw), and each one is rich, thick, creamy and perfectly balanced.
The waffle bowls/cones are perfection (never overcooked or soft and soggy) and the toppings are fantastic. The marshmallow is my favorite - toasted to perfection in front of your eyes, atop your scoops! It's worth a trek just to visit the shop. Love that it's also in the PHX airport now, though the selection is far superior in stores!
