Ron sounded very humorous and accommodating on the phone. Very disappointing upon our arrival. The lot has a very "sharkey" vibe (not a word but sure should be). Very laws a fair when we walked in, and began an interrogation that left me cold. Yes I get that you need information. You have my license and number, Including pertinent information as to what I wanted to look at and what my goal was. My experience with what I already viewed, and where I went etc shouldn't come into play the 1st sentence out of your mouth. I work in sales as well and it's nice for the customer to feel like you have their interest at heart before you begin the inquisition. There were more attempts to boss, push and prod, but reluctantly he walked us out and let us look. Overall a painful experience. I test drove 1 car, nearly did another. In the end decided to go elsewhere since I didn't have a good feeling here. He became way nicer when we were leaving. I have no idea if this was just an "off" moment, but from the lazy greet, his foot on the chair that I later sat on, to the overflowing trash cans and combative demeanor, I tapped out. If the bedside manner at the end would have been present at the beginning, I would have given it more of a chance. Obviously he doesn't need my business.
