I bought a pair of ballroom style shoes for my salsa dancing last Thursday. I've bought other shoes from this store before and have always felt like the customer service was not great, but kept going because honestly there are not to many dance shoe stores in the valley. The $150 pair of shoes fell apart after wearing them only about 8 hours total, one of the straps broke off. I went in there with a positive attitude, as soon as they saw the shoe the owner pretty much started accusing me of tearing my shoes up and complaining in front of the other clients. Made me feel terrible and told me that I had wore them way too long and thats why they ripped. Really??? Are you kidding me? Last time I checked shoes are meant to be worn. The owner told me that they would give me a refund but that they would never sell me a pair again. Not that I would ever be crazy enough to give them my business again. I spent over $250 at their store within a month. Terrible customer service! Save yourself the drive and the time! Don't give this guy your business!!! I plan on letting all the salsa dancing community know how terrible this business treats customers!!!!
