Devoted to the ground round, LBS serves half-pound 21-day dry aged Organic Hereford New York/Sirloin patties with solid beef flavor. A little saltier and chewier than other gourmet burgers I've tried, and plenty sloppy, they do come on nice soft egg buns with several cheese options (goat, brie, pepperjack, gruyere) and other good add-ons like smoked bacon.
In all honesty, those who think this place is awesome...need to try some of the other burgers in the same price range in town (though there's nothing else on this level in Summerlin, of which I'm aware anyhow)
