Used them for several years and they were fine. Past several years they seemed a bit too busy but in this last year they made TWO mistakes with medication. I mean actually sent me the WRONG medication, which luckily I discovered before giving it to my pet. The second time they sent me the WRONG medication, I asked for my money back, and the money for the expedited shipping I had requested. They just said NO. They don't do refunds and said they'd send the right medication. We'll, it was obviously a rush, right???? Why would I have paid $16 for a rush shipping if it wasn't a rush? So the correct medication ended up on my doorstep a week after it was needed, and I had already gotten it at a local compounder. They still refused to refund any money and blamed it on my vet. I am SURE, as I was the first time they made an error, that it was not the fault of my vet. So do not use this pharmacy. They have good intentions I'm sure, but apparently are too busy to get it right. When getting it right is the health of your pet, don't take a chance. Find a competent local compounder who can help you, or if they are local, find someone else!
