When in Rome.... Did the incline on a weekday at around noon, hoping to have lunch at one of those nice restaurants at the top all the tour guides (Duck Tours and Double Decker Bus) raved about. Unfortunately, they all seem to open at 4:00pm on weekdays (11:00 am on weekends) Bummer. Back on down the incline and across the river for an al fresco lunch at the Three Rivers Arts Festival.
