Other than going to the buffet, Grand Luxe is another must-hit restaurant when in Vegas, especially because its "As good as it gets!" after a late night on the strip, as it is open 24 hours!! Portions are big (I made a meal from a small salad and their crabcake appetizer) and you really do get what you pay for.
The best salad I've had (ever) is their Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad made with Mixed Greens, Fresh Roasted Beets, Goat Cheese and Toasted Pistachios Tossed with a Hazelnut-Citrus Dressing.
The menu is not as extensive as Cheesecake Factory, and Grand Luxe is more expensive, but when in Vegas...
