Make reservations! The place is really small, and fills up quick. I usually go with boyfriend and it is fun to sit at bar. Tonight I was with my family. We made reservations for 5 at 5:00. We were the first to be seated in dining room. The put us at a table for 4 and added a chair. I requested a 6 top and was told that reservations for 6 were the only ones who could get those. So one went empty the entire time we were there while we were cramped and sitting in the aisles. I think they have lost site of customer service. I still think the food is good, and like another reviewer, I like the mister. My sake used to come out in this great saki pitcher, but tonight they just brought out the bottle. I was so excited about taking my family out to a nice place, and so was disappointed in the atmosphere and service.
