I will never ever rent from Invitation homes. I was a tenant for two years, in the beginning when I had recently moved in, I noticed the house was always so cold and my heating bill kept rising... $370 winter and $450 summer time for 1 level, 3bd house. We had windy days that would make us feel as if we wr actually living outside do to the bad/old windows that couldn't close properly (My blinds were flopping everywhere due to wind) Requested service due to the cold wind coming inside and all the invitation tech. did was to put screws on the windows (fire hazard) and didn't even try to insulate or change them, they said it was out of their budget (not caring about safety or the living conditions of a human being, all about the money to invitation homes.
Unfortunately I had a contract with them and could not brake it.
After my lease was done, they asked me to sign another year. I would've if they could've just stop being greedy and fix the issues. But no they refused. I said bye bye.
Few months later my old neighbors contacted me telling me that Invitation homes is having a hard time renting it out and they've started doing remodeling such as the whole kitchen and Windows. Like really?! That was so dumb! Dislike them and will most definitely not be dealing with them ever!
Oh and good luck moving out...they'll do the impossible for you not to get your whole deposit back. Fortunately I'm a clean freak and I kept my place superb. But they gave me a list of chores, you basically need that place beyond spotless before you move out plus they still took money from me to get the landscape done...they do the most! I just can't deal with this Invitation homes company. No No No Not for me!
