This review is a few months overdue but I recently saw that they were running a groupon and was reminded about how awful my last experience here was. I had a 90 minute massage but it was the worst massage of my life, and really, a better description of it was someone else putting lotion on me, and not even enough of that. The therapist had no understanding of human musculature and no massage techniques - she seemend untrained really. I complained to the therapist during about 20 minites into the session and asked her to change up techniques a couple times thereafter in case maybe she was better at another style of massage .... It never got better and I told her I was not satisfied with her services ... I told the check out girl that I did not enjoy my massage and she stared blankly at me for a moment and just told me how much I owed ... No acknowledgment of my dissatisfaction, not even an "I'm sorry." The one star here is really generous and that is earned only really because it is easy to get an appointment that works with your schedule. They work on quantity here, not quality.
