I came here last night at 8:30pm and surprisingly didn't wait in line. I was in and out within 4 minutes. I've been here before around 9:00pm/9:30pm and the lines have been long (PACKED). I ordered the chicken rice bowl as always and enjoyed it. I added pinto beans, hot sauce (or salsa) and a little bit of corn. It was tasty and alot of food so I saved the remainder for lunch today. I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are all about but I suspect it has to do with the long lines. I feel that most, if not all, of the Chipotle locations that I've been to in different cities always seem to have lines. Long lines means that the business is booming so that is a good problem to have. Right? I think the longest that I've waited in line at this particular location is maybe 10 minutes. I don't think I can give a bad review based on wait times. Perhaps if the wait time is 15-20 mins then maybe Chipotle needs to look at hiring more people but so far so good. Overall, the food is delicious and customer service is great. Get your Chipotle on people!
