this has to be one of the most AWFUL banks i've ever used i ordered a debit card in November of 2017 and just received it today 4 MONTHS LATER i have went back to the bank on multiple occasions to ask about my card thats suppose to take 3-6 business days apparently it was "Lost" at the postal service BS!!! they're just trying to cover there own ass. also as i was waiting for my card i've had to get 4 new temporary cards bc they just stopped working. also when i was there there was another lady customer who also havnt gotten her card either. so i decided to go to another BOA and then i got my card a week later!! i don't get why there service is TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS BANK. BEWARE
