I love this place, although I only come here when someone else is paying ;) The concept is incredible: japanese-peruvian fusion. It has such a fun and creative menu. At first glance, you may think it's not going to be good for vegetarians, but actually there are quite a few options. The clear winner for me was the Crispy Jidori Egg - it came out perfectly cooked (love that runny orange yolk!) and the kabocha gnocchi was delightful. The generous helping of black truffle shavings didn't hurt either. I wasn't sure it was going to be enough food (and it is a little on the small side for a full meal), so I ordered the Amazonia roll, which looked interesting and definitely veg. It was pretty good, but I'm not sure it was $12 good. I might go with something else next time. The selection of beer and sake is great - they have anything you could possibly want, including dark Asahi (soooo good). All in all a great experience. Will return the next time I'm in Vegas.
