Great Hotel and great location in Vegas. Walking complaints in other reviews - really? You're in Vegas, so you're going to walk to get anywhere. Even if you stay in the Grand and want to spend the entire time there (gaming, shows and eating at all the restaurants) the Grand is so big you're going to walk a few miles through there..
The signature is just off strip. Connected to the MGM (8 min walk)and then basically to NYNY (12 min walk). If your heading to the Cosmo or Planet Hollywood - plan for a 10-12 minute walk down Harmon and boom you're there!
Pros:
Rooms are nice we stayed in a balcony jr suite.
Bathrooms are nice big jet tub and large shower
Plenty of storage.

Easy access to all hotels via walking or the monorail -which I recommend taking (MGM station)
Quick room service
Great quiet pool - nice size pool with a large hot tub. Drink/food service available at pool.
No casino or Smoking anywhere in the hotel - Which was my favorite and I like to game.
We took 2 cabs and had practically no wait once we got outside.
Price was good.
Cons:
None that I can think of. Maybe that maid service didn't come until a little later in the afternoon. But I'm sure I could have called the front desk and they would have sent someone up to make the bed and provide fresh towels in a flash...
I am not even going to consider another hotel when I come back to Vegas. Take me straight to the Signature by MGM! Thanks for a great stay
