This is where the Petsmart on Windsor Square moved to, literally almost right across the street.
I wasn't a big fan of the staff across the street and some have moved with the location but it seems they got rid of some of the losers. Ha-ha.
This new location is super clean, and organized. The only reason for me giving it the lower star is it's sometimes hard to find prices on items. For example there was a small section of clearance leashes with no stickers on the tags, and none of the employees on the floor would use their PDTs to give me the price I had to wait in the line to find out how much they were.
I'm really writing this review for the groomer though, I took my pup for her first groom not done by me, and the groomer I had an appointment with was so friendly, and understanding of her being a wee bit frightened. He gave her an amazing cut, exactly how I do it, because he listened to everything I wanted.
Prices are based on breed/hair type/ and weight, so for a 30lb Schnauzer/bull terrier mix I paid 45ish dollars not including some add-ons I chose.
