In fairness, I had mentioned, "no rush" but after 3+ weeks with nothing done we started losing confidence. Called on May 31st. The file? Still on Jeannette's desk. Asked to abort, pick up our file and go elsewhere. Stopped by, got the file. It seemed complete but several business receipts I'd emailed Mary were not in it. (When were they going to be added?) Seemed homespun. They are friendly and courteous, however.
