Trying to sell stuff at this place has been a horrible experience. First I went with my box of stuff, and was told that they don't accept things past a certain time in the evening, I said ok no problem. Couple weeks later I went again with my box full of stuff, well before the cut off time they had told me, but this time again they would not take a look at my stuff, they said the cut off time had been changed to couple hours earlier now and I am too late again. I went hours well before closing that day, and the store wasn't even busy. He was just siting there at the cash register. They also refused to let me drop off my stuff for them to take a look later, saying they have too much. The staff - young Asian guy - had 0 customer service and did not care about the business. Did not care at all that I had to carry that box back. I will not go back again. The extra couple bucks I may potentially get is not worth the time and hassle and their crappy customer service. I'd much rather donate my clothes.
