There was only 3 people working there when I arrived on Saturday which meant I still had to wait even though I had an appointment. I asked them to do a ombré with pink and white powder but no one knew how to do this service (this style has been a trend for almost two years now). So I got the impression this is not a place you go to if you want to latest styles. It does not seem like they make an effort to keep up with trends and educate themselves on how to do the latest styles.
It also too me longer than normal to get my nails done Because my technician kept stopping when she was telling me all her stories. I don't mine a chatty technician, but at least be able to multitask. I was irritated because I had more errands to run and I didn't want to be rude and interrupt her or rush her.
Overall she did a decent job on my nails I like that she didn't make them super thick. It was cheaper than most places I go to so I'd consider going back for that reason.
