I LOVE Southland Vision Care. My family and I have been going to Dr. Marks for years and he is the most efficient and caring eye doctor I have had the pleasure of knowing. Appointments are easy to schedule and the hours are great for people who work during the day. They never do more than they need to unless it is requested, so they won't run your wallet into the ground. After being in an accident where I hurt my head, I informed Dr. Marks and he got me into the office immediately after I left the doctor to make sure everything was okay from his view. I can understand some of the issues people have had with staff, as some have a stoic personality, but they are by no means rude or disrespectful. Some people just aren't as humorous as others, but they know what they are doing and know more about glasses than I could imagine was possible. If something is too expensive, they will help people find something comparable. Unfortunately, I lost my previous insurance so I do not see them anymore as of this year but I promise Dr. Marks is well worth every minute and penny. I will truly miss his classical music playing and discussion of life to ease the appointment jitters of dilated pupils.
