3 stars for the terrible service at Starbucks and 4 stars for B&N. It's so sad that technology has taken over the book universe because our beloved borders and now Barnes and noble is going downhill. From what went to my favorite book spot has been cut down into 1/3 of what it originally was. It's so sad that Amazon and other sites have taken my favorite pleasures away from me. The books are pretty lame now and super overpriced. I missed how books were back in the day.
