This is about their Service Department on a Saturday. So, I made an appointment for 2PM to have our Highlander's oil changed. I got there a head of my appointment time and was told by the service writer it would be an 1 to 1-1/2 hours. WHAT! Because I see my vehicle as an investment and want to keep it in top shape, I stayed. Yes my choice, I get it. But, why have appointments, on Saturday's, if you have to wait. Why not make Saturday's first come. That's right...better service! If you're going to buy your new vehicle here and have it serviced in there service department...my advice...lower you expectations.
