I'm very disappointed in our experience on Saturday. They were offering a good deal on last year's model, so we jumped on it. They advised my Mom that she was preapproved alone, but the interest rate was high. I asked them to run it with me as a co-signer and they did. They came back with a great rate and payment. We sat for 4 hours waiting on financing and the sales guy finally came and told us they can't find a lender to approve me because there was an error on my credit report. Ok, then let's go back to her alone. They then asked if we had a preapproval from somewhere else. Um, no you offered us in the beginning. The salesman went home, and the Manager couldn't be bothered. We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past without issues, but after this I will never go back.
We went to the Acura Dealer 1/2 mile down the road and purchased my Mom a vehicle there. No issues. They detailed the vehicle, the financing was smooth, and they even bought us lunch.
