It's rare that I treat myself to a Starbucks... so I was super stoked to see that Pumpkin Scones were back on the menu. After ordering through the drive-thru - confirming the bakery bag had my correct order listed - I drove off. Imagine my surprise when I dove into the bag (blindly while driving), broke off a piece of mouth-wateringly-good scone, popped it in my mouth... and... had. no. idea. what I was munching on. It was certainly not pumpkin scone. How can something so simple (bag says Pumpkin Scone = put Pumpkin Scone in bag) go so wrong...? Off to work, with a disappointed tummy.......
