This place is a misery to go to if you are going in to visit the service department. You will wait hours and hours if they can't figure out what is wrong with your car. I have come here quite a few times and have waited over 6+ hours to have the car fixed..only to be told they would have to ship in a new piece and weren't able to fix it. This is frustrating considering we come from Downtown Toronto and have to drive east over and over just to have to wait on some old furniture and drink hot chocolates over and over. They do have a drop off service where you can be dropped off at a mall while your car is getting fixed since they are situated in the middle of eglinton with not many options to go places around there. I have never used this service since I want to just bring my car in and wait less than 2 hours max to have it fixed and be back on my way.
If you buy a car from this establishment go elsewhere for mechanical needs unless you absolutely have to go to the dealer in which then good luck because you will be sitting in there small waiting room for hours upon hours..
