at 7:43 am 12/2/2016, i arrived at this facility for a mammogram that was " scheduled"for 8:00 am 12/2/2016......the office telephoned me last evening to schedule ............
i announce my name and appointment time to an african american heavy set female with glasses behind the counter.
i prepare to hand her my insurance card and dl she errogantly/abrubtly stated : "your appointment is not really until 8:30 am so we said 8:00am in case you have paperwork to fill out!!!" that was the most ignorant non business like "office policy" i ever heard of...... i am a mature and responsible adult that pays well over $700 each and every month from my annuity for ppo insurance with cigna..........how dare this business fail to tell the proposed patients the correct appointment time!!!!!! what did that woman assume i was going to do?????? sit there like a child or puppy?????? or welfare recipient with no other options??? i am a retired customer service operations manager with over 268 employees......send that woman either to the back away from the public or send her for training on "how to effectively communicate with people." that personality she is nurturing is wrong to deal with the public.....me i will never set foot in there again!!!!!
