Had the worst experience and the manager Ebony has horrible customer service. Started using them last year to go to the gym. I had a family member pass from cancer and have been letting my autopay with them go for past year because I figured eventually I would go back. So they were charging me and I wasn't using their services which is fine. I had fraud charges on my card and got a new one so I called Rebel to let them know and give them the new card and Ebony lectured me about how I would get a $9 charge because I didn't notify sooner and I just received my new card. Told her to just cancel the membership at that point and she said she would. Checked my credit card 7 days later and see the charge for $45 posted. Called her to refund the charges and she started arguing with me and interrupting me and trying to justify the charge. I have never been so mad in my life. You are in the business where you need clients to come to your gym..... that's all I have to say.
