Hands down the worst dealership in town next to Audi Las Vegas. Went in to inquire about a CLS550 and a salesman REX approached me very Rudely after seeing my car Which was an AUDI S7. Asked me, "why am i here? And that looks like a new car?" Then I told him it's none of his business to know how many cars that I own. The old man clearly was having a bad day and probably wasn't selling any cars with his personality anyway. I told him I was working with someone and he told me that particular person wasn't in today. He will be in today. But I still wanted to look n maybe purchase a vehicle today. It doesn't matter to me who get the commission anyway. I wasn't wearing the most fanciest outfit but wearing my joggers and A jacket. This man did not want to help ME AT ALL. THE worst customer serviCE I've ever RECEIVED. definitely felt JUDGED and RACIALLY profiled instantly. I could've made this douche a sale but he didn't care at all. The way These morons sell cars is hideous. Wonder how the service department is. Start hiring some outgoing young Salesmen, not lazy old folks who wants to go home right after lunch. Yes I would never buy a car from this dealership. They lost a serious buyer and I will be letting EVERYONE know about this situation with reviews on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google.
