My first time visiting Charlotte will be my last. Construction aside the service throughout this hotel was not up to Omni standards. From housekeeping, catering staff, even Starbucks attitudes were to say the least, needing and adjustment. Food was ok. We had to constantly ask for things. They deceived our event planner into believing we would be in the newer part of the hotel and the room would have double beds as there would be 4 in the room. Not the case. We were in the older part of the hotel, smelly disgusting room, 1 king bed, double sofa bed with a 1 inch used mattress and a rollaway. Just awful.
Had a 2 day event and catering staff had attitudes big time. Wonder if they are union. Snotty, if they weren't there your waitress/waiter they wouldn't help you. Had to constantly ask for things. Just all round awful experience
