I have been going to this place for 7+ years. Never had an issue or complaint. Cindy is amazing! However had gel manicure done and 6 days later they started lifting and chipping. Called and was told to come in and they would fix. I did go in and of course they wanted to redo manicure at full cost and I declined. As the polishing started I was told they will paint it lower than the normal since I already got a weeks worth. At that point I stated no there is no reason for that and that if I wanted it painted normal to the cuticle I would have to pay. The owner is now talking to me from her station across and instead of coming over and discussing this we had a conversation across other customers. Highly unprofessional and absolute NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lost my monthly business!!! Nail shops are on every corner. Stand out and back your service 100%
