I don't know why I continue to give this Starbucks a chance. I can't remember the last time I went through that line just order one drink but it takes at least 10 minutes to go from the speaker to the window to finally getting my drink. I'm not joking when I say I can't remember. The employees laugh and giggle and stand around after scanning my phone, but not one, "you're drink is coming right up" or "sorry for the wait." Instead the guy behind me is thinking i ordered the whole menu and it's my fault.The drive thru has never been fast at this Starbucks, but it's the closest to my office. Ugh!! Oooooh! And I just took a sip and THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG!!
