Horrible experience - Fidelity National Home Warranty contracted with Ideal Services Plumbing and they charged the fee to come out to look at the issue only to tell me that they would not fix it. They could have told me over the phone they could not fix, vs wasting my time and theirs and charging me $55 to come out in person and tell me they couldn't do it. Pretty shady.
