Horrible business and would never refer this place to anyone. Spent over $5500 on appliances and they delivered a scratch dryer on the front glass door. The managers refused to replace it unless we paid 15% restocking fee. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WHEN THEY DELIVER WITHOUT LOOKING AT EVERYTHING TO MAKE SURE THERE IS NO DAMAGES. The delivery guys are a 3rd party company and had no idea how to properly install a stove. They used a gas dryer hose to hook up our stove so we had to call to have a different group of men come and install the correct unit. Their sales men also didn't properly give us information when purchasing our fridge. We were told they could price match and apply our 10% off code for getting a credit card thru their company.... it's been one thing after another. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES AS WELL... we have yet to get any of our issues fixed and basically are screwed because we signed their "signature policy" so they could leave our home at 9:30pm ... ridiculous and disappointed. I'll be posting a review on the business bureau so people are aware of the kind of business these people are.
