For a beautiful salon with expensive prices I am very disappointed by my experience here.
I called and made an appointment, for which I arrived on time.
The lady was doing my nails and twenty minutes into my appointment her next appointment arrived (40 minutes early) and this made her very frazzled. She was in the middle of a conversation with me and just stopped and greeted the other customer.
She returned and rushed through finishing my nails. I got a pink and white and when she was curing the gel top coat (which they charged me $5 for) she had my right hand in for two minutes and my left hand for half a minute. She took another break to set up her next customer (it was now only 3:45 and her next customer wasn't scheduled until 4). She then rubbed the nails on my left hand as did I and they felt sticky so I placed my left hand under the light again and she was displeased, telling me that it was going to crack and she wouldn't listen when I said it wasn't dry.
When I got to the car I realized half of my fingers have random sparkly bits in them. I will be returning for this to be corrected.
I was over charged for sub-par, rushed work.
