This is a relatively new store. I was glad to see it because its a lot closer to my home. I've been using the one on Hayden or the one on Cave Creek, which is a traffic nightmare.
Pretty much your standard COSTCO. Easy to reach location just outside PV Mall. There is no mall entrance, even though it looks to be attached.
Parking is a little less than other stores because of the mall. Not as much room, and lots of cars jockeying for space. You can park in the mall deck and stay out of the congestion right around the store. That's a plus.
Stock is comparable to the other locations, probably a little less selection than the store on Hayden. The produce section is definitely smaller.
The staff is courteous and professional, which is the same at most locations.
Reading the other reviews I noticed one complaint about credit cards. Really? If you've been a member for any length of time, you know they don't take credit cards other than AMEX. They HAVE started taking debit cards, so yay for that.
