After coming to Cleveland, I was having trouble with my Honda. It was functioning, but there was a strange noise when I tried to start my car after a cold night. I made an appointment and stopped in to have them check my car out. The gentleman that assisted me tested my car's battery and told me the battery was fine. He also told me that he could perform some kind of diagnostic test that would cost around $50 (I believe) but it could say nothing was wrong with my car and there could actually be a problem. This may sound strange, but I appreciated this staff member because he took the time to teach me about the car's starter and explain how sometimes the tests were not accurate. I felt confident when I left Honda and knew exactly what to do if that happened in the future. It was a successful trip to Honda.
