I am a big fan of escape rooms and have been to four different places and done around 6-7 rooms. This room in particular was Apocalypse and was intermediate at the Cleveland Heights location. It was quite difficult and my group of four did not escape. As for the room itself, it was moderately well done. The props were good, but some of the papers, puzzles, etc. has bits that were a little too worn.
My main reason for three stars is that the staff seemed almost annoyed that we were there? He was very monotoned, gave very brief explanations, and at the end seemed like he was annoyed he had to explain what we did wrong.
Overall it was an okay experience, but I have gone to places I've enjoyed more.
