This location is by far, one of the worst Walmart locations I have ever been in! This location has not only put a bad taste in my mouth about this Walmart, but all Walmarts from here on out! I will no longer give my money to such a disrespectful and undeserving company! Today's Walmart experience had me return every Christmas gift I bought for my children over the past 4 weeks! I called this location at 8:04 am. I asked to speak to the crafts Department because I wanted to see if they had large cartons of paper for $28 in stock. I was placed on hold and forgotten about for 49 minutes. In those 49 minutes I had forgotten I was even on hold because I had purchased items at another store and was back in my car when I went to go make a call and realized I was still on hold in my ear piece. So easily had I forgotten, because they never put me on hold with music; yet just put the phone down. I then hung up and called immediately back. I requested to speak to a supervisor and the hold time began yet again. 37 minutes and 15 seconds later a manager finally picks up. Never apologizes and asks me who I'm holding for. When I try to explain I'm holding for a manager because of my experience, she cuts me off and tells me that I need to be speaking to the craft Department. I tried to interrupt her and tell her I was on hold with them for 49 minutes which is why I needed to speak to her but was quickly put back on hold for which I stayed for another 20 minutes or so until I actually arrived at the location. The manager Kristen on duty never even attempted to handle my concern nor rectify it. It still took me going all the way into the location to get the answer that I needed from them over the phone. It was beginning of the day 10:19am, mid week. It was so slow in this location that many employees were just standing around, there was only one check stand number 15 open and two self check stands open. So why was I on hold for 2 hours?! I had to take time out of my day to handle a simple stock question they could have handled over the phone. This location is by far one of the worst customer service establishments of all time. And to add insult to injury, when I called the 1-800 customer service number to file a phone complaint, the automated service continues to tell me that all customer service were busy and to try again later. I called at least 10x throughout the day and still got the same message.
