No customer service skills at all. They don't talk to their customers at all only amongst themselves or on their cellphones which is very rude. Also they rush their work and are not consistent. I asked the tech could he cut my nails underneath so they did not out grow my acrylics and he said he did not want to. For someone paying for the service they should trip their customers with more respect also the woman who is the wife is very rude. If you don't want to be around people you should try taking up another profession. My nails are so uneven and jagged around the edges and my cuticles are destroyed. Thanks for nothing will not return.
