Thank you for the military discount. $1 off per child for the one hour jump time.
So I read the reviews before going and I was on guard. Since I read that little kids were being hit by dodge balls I was not going to have any of that. So upon check in I asked how safe it was and they explained how they had areas roped off.
As you walk in if you haven't been you need to "register" your kids by filling out a form on their computer. Cost was $10 per hour but my friend Kate invited us and saved us $20 with her Groupon!
Not what I was expecting. It's a large indoor warehouse with a wall of trampolines and bouncy house, giant slide, arcade games, chairs to sit, laser tag, the big area where the trampolines were did have an area netted off for tiny kids on one side and bigger kids on another. It's chilly so take a sweater (during "winter" months).
As soon as I saw big kids throwing balls without regard to tiny kids in the area I told their mother's to get their kids out of there and put them on the other side (why are some mom's clueless?)
I also told the kid on duty that worked there to tell the older boys to stick to one side of the trampoline and to get the little tiny kids out of the way (who's mother's were who knows where?)
The staff member quickly got to work and all was well. I think the staff acted quickly and the older kids will just have to be told ASAP to stick to an area.
There should be more signage that tells the moms that their little kids need to be put in the tiny tots area and not just tossed into the big trampoline area and then disappear. My kids are over 5 yrs old and I ALWAYS keep a close eye and that's even hard to do because they run like squirrels.
But seriously, some mom's that think society is their babysitter-WATCH YOUR OWN KIDS PLEASE!
All in all my kids loved this place and are begging to go back. It was clean and staff was friendly.
