Very helpful and friendly staff at this Pottery Barn in Scottsdale Quarters. We got several items including a beautiful duvet, pillows, a comfortable leather recliner and some bar stools. The recliner and stools had to be ordered and arrived in about 10 days. Reasonable timing. Two of the bar stool seats were not properly glued down and were popping out, so we called the store and they promptly exchanged them for us with what they had in stock. We had a great experience overall.
