I've become a creepy stalker of this place. $15 tours of their brewery, a lot of laughs, and amazing beer. I like to support local brews, but this one is ridiculous. Their beer is so good. I cry when I have their ESB. It's like making out with Keira Knightley, but better. I sob softly when I drink it.
Graham was our tour host. I've never met a man as proud of what he does. And he was sober. I'd be passed out from 'sampling' if I owned a brewery. His knowledge, passion and love for creating beer shines through. It's a great change from the tours you get from people that don't know/love what goes into making it.
I got a chance to talk to Jeff at the final leg of the tour, and his eyes lit up when I asked about their beer too. It's like I was Justin Bieber talking to a fan, but I'm better looking and intelligent, and the Jeff has good taste in music.
