usan is rude and doesn't acknowledge when she makes a mistake. I originally saw her when I had an online deal for lashes. She offered me $25 off my next visit if I wrote a review on her Facebook page. I did so and booked another visit. She confirmed pricing of $50 in an email to me when I asked her how much the cost would be for 35 lashes/eye. When I went to see her, she told me the price was $85 and she would never say $50. I explained she emailed it to me and confirmed the pricing in a meeting request that I had on my phone but I didn't have the original email as I sent it through my work email. I sent her a message saying I was disappointed I had to be the one to find the email and she could have searched her sent emails instead of asking a client to do so. She said should couldn't find the email and that if I can't afford the service it wasn't her problem. I was shocked at how rude she was. I found the email and forwarded to her asking for an apology and a discount. I received a note saying it was a typo and she repeatedly told me she has done nothing wrong. Don't waste your time here, you can find great lashes with better customer service somewhere else.
