One of my big problems with Canada is that it hasn't moved into the 21st Century in terms of online ordering. In any other Western Country you can order a product online and have it shipped the next day. Compare the variety of things you can buy on Amazon.com to the crappy selection of books and movies you can only buy on Amazon.ca and you'll notice the big difference.
Knowing that, I was surprised how wonderful the service of Popeye's supplements website, www.supplementscanada.com. They have a huge selection of health and fitness supplements, all reasonably priced. Ordering online was easy and I received my order the next day! A nice added touch was the card I received a month later thanking me for my order and offering free shipping on my next purchase.
