After not having gone back here in over a year, just cuz I wasn't the biggest fan last time, I decided to try and get a last minute appointment today. Figure the reviews were good and I'll give it another chance. As excepted, they were booked, but I got a call back (actually twice) that they had a last minute cancel. GREAT! I'm going to get a chance to de-stress. I walk in for the appointment to find out that they made a mistake and actually cannot see me. SO SORRY.... Honestly, we all make mistakes, but you would think they would have tried to do something to make up for it. Maybe it's this location...either way, I will not be making any further attempts at an appointment here.
