Initial delivery and set-up by Imagine Backyard were great. Loved the Sundance hot tub when it was working. However, we experienced a total failure of the hot tub heater after only 5 months and are still waiting almost a month later without the ability to use the tub due to slow service and parts availability. Not impressed with the reliability of the Sundance hot tub, the slow response to service requests from Imagine Backyard (1 1/2 weeks for a service call) nor the long times to get replacement parts (nearly 2 weeks!).
