If I could post zero stars I would. The nail techs don't communicate well at all. Wanted to charge me extra for removing gel after they already started removing it. The guy I had was lazy and did the bare minimum so I decided to downgrade my pedicure since we hadn't gotten to far and he wanted to charge extra again for scrubbing my feet which is standard for any pedicure. Terrible service. Also, they didn't use liners. Another nail tech was sitting in a pedicure chair barefoot with his feet on the spa tub. Very unsanitary and other spa tubs were dirty. Terrible communication. Dirty place. Very rude!
